Customer complaints? If you've felt the need to register a customer complaint, but couldn't find the time, wiZper is here with an innovative new way to show everyone how you feel. With the huge growth in online products and services, we think that only the ones who have high standards of care deserve to win the day. Because many of us are so time precious today, we thought it would help if we created a place where everyone could go quickly and immediately see who deserves your business the most. So here we are, a very different type of customer complaint website. Your complaint (or praise) is displayed as a little coloured pixel, clicking further into a companies' page will display headline information regarding other customer complaints. Probably best if you have a quick look at how customer complaints are displayed within the site. The site is unique in that as well as a little pixel, it gives companies or organisations the chance to see the details of your complaint. From this, they can login and take ownership of your issues. All correspondence between the two of you is carried out privately from within the site. The company can't see your personal details unless you send them in your correspondence. Think of it as writing a complaint letter, but without having to put a stamp on it. Showing the entire internet community you are unhappy, is a very powerful way of getting a response. In a nutshell, the good companies will show green and black (black means they actively fix problems),with a litte grey.
