If you've ever been frustrated by a product or service, wiZper is here with an innovative new way to show everyone how you feel. If you've ever been disappointed with an internet service or purchase, this is the site for you.

Your complaint is displayed as a coloured pixel, clicking further into the companies' page will show headline information regarding other customer complaints. Please click here for an example of how it looks.

The site is unique in that it gives companies or organisations the chance to see details of your complaint. From this, they can login and take ownership of your issues. All correspondence between the two of you is carried out privately from within the site. The company can't see your personal details unless you send them in your correspondence.

Think of it as writing a complaint letter, but without having to put a stamp on it. Showing the entire internet community you are unhappy, is a very powerful way of getting a response.

In a nutshell, the good companies will show green and black (black means they actively fix problems),with a litte grey. The bad ones won't care about handling complaints, and will display mostly red and grey pixels.
